Subscriptions and cancellations

Some Purelia products can be bought as a subscription so that your next bottle arrives before you run out. Subscriptions are optional: every product on officialpureliaeu.com can also be bought as a one-time purchase.

How billing works

When you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically on the billing cycle shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. The price, the quantity and the frequency of each renewal are the ones displayed at the moment you subscribed; we email you before any renewal price changes.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders. Email support@officialpureliaeu.com from the address used on the order, or use the subscription link in your order confirmation email. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

Cancellations take effect from the next renewal. A renewal that has already been charged and despatched cannot be stopped in transit — but it is still covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, so you can keep the product and ask for a refund.

Pausing, skipping and changing

You can pause a subscription, skip a delivery, change the delivery address or change the frequency by emailing us at least 48 hours before the next billing date, so the change is applied before the order is prepared.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry it over the following days and email you. If it keeps failing, the subscription is paused automatically — nothing is charged and no order is sent.
