Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on officialpureliaeu.com. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellations policy, which form part of them.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund it in full — if the product is out of stock, if the price or description was published in error, if the payment is flagged as fraudulent, or if delivery to your address is not possible.

Prices and currency

Our base currency is US dollars. If your market is set to your own currency, prices are converted automatically and the currency you will be charged in is shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fee, which we do not control and do not receive.

Bundles, promotions and quantity offers

Multi-bottle offers, discounts and "buy more, save more" tiers apply only to the quantity and combination described on the product page, cannot be combined with other promotions unless we say so, and are valid while stocks last. If an order is refunded in part, any discount that depended on the full quantity is recalculated.

Payment

Payment is taken when the order is placed, through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details. The name on your bank or card statement is the one shown at checkout.

Despatch and delivery

Orders are despatched within 1–3 business days and normally delivered within 5–15 business days of despatch. These are estimates in good faith, not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you on delivery. If your order has not arrived 15 business days after despatch, contact us and we will resend or refund it.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may cancel free of charge before despatch. After delivery, our 60-day money-back guarantee applies: email us within 60 days of receiving the order for a full refund, with no need to return the product. Where you also have a statutory right of withdrawal under the law of your country, that right applies in addition to this guarantee.

Write to us first at support@officialpureliaeu.com. If we cannot settle the matter, you retain all rights available to you under the consumer law of your country of residence.
